TAGNet ITComm was founded in 1998 as TAG Testing Services, a division of the then-organizing "TAG2000 International" group. In 2004, upon conversion to a incorporated entity, TAGNet ITComm was formed as a result of the merging of several divisions of the pre-organization state of the Holdings Company's history. TAGNet ITComm became a business unit of The TAG2000 International LLC Holdings Company in 2005 when Alan C. Tan, President of the Holdings Company, promoted David W. Hale to the position of President and CEO of the business unit. The mission and purpose of this new business unit is to provide information technology consulting and operations services for our small business clients. It would allow our clients to be able to utilize the technologies which help large businesses operate much more efficiently but aren't as easily accessible to small businesses.
